As a residential specialist, I’m fortunate to be able to do what I love and where I love to do it. Ventura County, CA, is a bustling metropolis and part of the Greater Los Angeles-Long Beach Metro Area. For many who live or work in the Los Angeles area, this is where they want to end up. As a result, there are many luxury homes and generally higher prices all around. But much of what people pay for is the lifestyle and ambiance built in. People that live here consider it a privilege.

Residents and visitors enjoy perfect weather year-round, ocean and mountain views, and endless options for recreation, dining, and entertainment. This includes a vibrant arts community. It’s roughly 30 miles from Santa Barbara and 60 miles from LA, so it’s a hub for people passing through for a day trip or a weekend getaway. The culture reflects what’s best about southern and northern California. So what better place could there be to help people discover their dream homes?

Where my office is located in Westlake Village is no exception. It offers lots of beautiful homes in gated communities. They have access to golf courses, country clubs, and parks. There are also plenty of hiking trails that lead through the beautiful hillside views. The Promenade is a hot spot for shopping, dining, and entertainment. There’s a local winery and a flourishing wine culture reminiscent of the Mediterranean that’s also very popular here. Anyone who knows these areas understands its appeal. It’s my job to help them define their real estate goals and then plan every step for the smoothest experience possible.
